The TraceTAAG®
technology allows assessing multiple
specific DNA sequences in one single
reaction. The analysis systems (AS)
derived from this technology consist of
molecular biology reagents (based on the
TraceTAAG® technology), an equipment
platform and proprietary analysis
software. The equipment platform
comprises standard Thermal Cycler and
electrophoresis equipment.
The AS based on TraceTAAG® technology
offer numerous advantages over the
traditional molecular biology approaches
like sequencing, multiplex PCR approaches
and probe-based PCR assays.The main

Applications of TraceTAAG® technology
This technology has a broad range of
applications in the clinical and
industrial field, for instance, it is

where multiple loci need to be sequenced,
as bacterial strain identification,
eukaryotic varieties identification,
viral identification, characterization of
multiple mutation sites, among many other
applications.
